Availability and Crisis Support
Adelaide Inner Well is a private counselling practice and is not an emergency or crisis support service.
As a sole practitioner, I offer appointments and respond to client communications during normal business hours only. I am unable to provide after-hours, weekend or immediate crisis support. Emails, phone calls and messages received outside business hours may not be monitored or responded to until the next business day.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feel unsafe, or require urgent support, please do not wait for your next appointment or a response from Adelaide Inner Well. Please contact one of the services listed below, attend your nearest hospital emergency department, or call 000 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
